As CDR arrives at SAI, we scan it in real time for exceeding the established thresholds and boundaries identified as “normal” for your call patterns, duration, traffic volume and bandwidth.
When an event is detected, WatchDog generates an immediate email notification with an Excel report and the full CDR of the captured call. You designate one or more recipients to receive these notifications, as they occur, so you never miss a WatchDog alert!
